Why a hotel system
For years we built and ran the software that moves goods through warehouses for distributors in Georgia and East Africa: stock that must be exact, documents that must reach the tax portal, nights when the system has to close the day on its own. A hotel has the same problems with different names: rooms instead of pallets, folios instead of invoices, a night audit instead of a stock count.
We looked at the hotel systems sold in Georgia and found two kinds: international platforms that know nothing about rs.ge or tour-operator contracts, and spreadsheets. Roomexa is the third kind: a system whose first job is the hotel's money, built for the Georgian market, with people who come to the hotel.
Three things we hold to
- Money is correct or the feature does not ship. Every amount on every screen comes from a double-entry ledger that balances every night.
- The roadmap is public and honest. What is not built yet says so on the website, with a date.
- Service is in your language, at your hotel. Georgian and Russian on the phone and on site, not a ticket queue abroad.

Many hotels choose their software on the advice of their accountant or the firm that set up their network. If that is you, we would like to work together.
Accountants
A read-only login to every client hotel, exports in the shape you need, and a direct line to us for rs.ge questions. Hotels you refer get a month free; you get 10% of the first year.
IT and network firms
You install the cash register and the Wi-Fi; we handle the software. A referral fee on every hotel, and training so your engineers can do first-line support if they want to.
Consultants and operators
If you advise hotels or manage them for owners, we set up a demo hotel for your portfolio and price multi-property on the Group plan.

Roomexa is operated by a Georgian company in Tbilisi, with engineering shared with the Linari WMS team. Legal entity, registration number and address will appear here once the Georgian company is registered.
