Where each one is strong
Choose Exely if
Online distribution is your main problem: channel manager, booking engine and revenue tools in one package, with a Tbilisi office. Billing of operators and Georgian tax documents stay manual.
Choose Cloudbeds if
You want a large international platform with many integrations and are comfortable with English support, USD pricing and doing rs.ge and fiscal receipts outside the system.
Choose Roomexa if
Your money has to be right: operators and companies billed from contracts, a night audit that closes the day, rs.ge from the folio, and someone who answers in Georgian or Russian and comes to the hotel. Online sales arrive in winter 2026.
What Excel costs a 30-room hotel
A spreadsheet is free and everybody knows it. It also has no night audit, so a room night that nobody typed is a night nobody charged. At 30 rooms and 70% occupancy, one missed night a week at 180 ₾ is about 9,000 ₾ a year, which is more than two years of the Business plan.
Agency statements made by hand take a day a month and get disputed. Invoices typed into rs.ge twice get numbers wrong. None of this shows up as a cost, which is why it continues.
