About the price
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown without VAT; 18% is added on the invoice, which is of course an e-invoice on rs.ge.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. Early-access pricing asks for 12 months to keep the discount, but you can still leave earlier and pay the standard rate for the months used.
What counts as a room?
Every sellable room or unit on the tape chart. Staff rooms and out-of-order rooms do not count. Seasonal hotels pay only for the months they are open.
What does migration cost after early access?
Import of your data from Excel or a current system: 500 ₾ for hotels up to 50 rooms, 900 ₾ above that. Training on site: 350 ₾ per day.
We have two hotels. How is that priced?
Each hotel is priced on its own rooms and plan. From two hotels you get the organization console with chain reports at no extra cost; the Group plan adds a partner portal, API and a dedicated contact.
Will the price change?
The price of your plan is fixed for 24 months from signing. After that we give three months' notice of any change.
